About the app

The app helps you plan your day, manage tasks and events, track their progress, and never miss an important moment.

An entry is any planning unit you create: a task or an event. An entry can be personal or work-related, and have a status, importance, attachments, comments, and notifications.

First launch

When you first open the app, you'll be prompted to read the terms of use. You must agree to this to continue.

You'll then be asked to allow notifications. If you decline, the app will continue to run, but you won't receive any reminders.

Main Screen — "Today"

All posts for the current day are displayed.

  • Search by posts
  • Go to the archive
  • View notifications

At the bottom are sections: Today, Month, Add, More.

Month Screen

Two display modes are available:

  • List of posts grouped by day
  • Calendar view

The calendar displays the number of personal, work, and events. Weekends and holidays are configured separately.

You can select any month and year to view.

Creating a post

To create a post, click "Add."

  • Type: Personal or Work
  • Format: Task or Event
  • Title and Description
  • Attachments
  • Start and End Date and Time
  • All Day Mode (if not today)
  • Recurrence: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly
  • Importance: Normal, Important, Urgent
  • Status: In Progress, Completed
  • Related Posts
  • Setting Up Notifications

Viewing and Managing a Post

  • Viewing the Description, Attachments and comments
  • Status change history
  • Changing status
  • Adding comments and files
  • Copying a post
  • Editing
  • Deleting (with moving to archive)

When deleting from the archive, the post is permanently deleted.

Automatic task rescheduling

If a task is not completed, it is rescheduled to the next day with the status "Deferred."

The rescheduling process can be performed up to three times. After the third rescheduling, the status is set to "Stop."

Working with accounts

Multiple accounts are supported. The local version is available by default.

To connect an external account, go to: More → Accounts → Add account.
